The SM Energy Pavilion shall be available for rent from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in accordance with park hours on the day of rental. In the event that a performance will begin before 6:00 a.m. or extend past 10:00 p.m., the city manager or his designee may authorize extension of the park hours pursuant to section 40-20(c).
