Sec. 40-460. Release of city from liability for injury or damages.
   Each rental pursuant to the provisions of this division shall be conditioned that, by the request of such rental, the lessee thereof agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the city, fully and completely, from any and all injuries or damages that might be sustained by the lessee thereof or any other individuals participating in an event held at the performance stage, plaza, or the surrounding area. Any use of the premises shall constitute acceptance of this release.
