The rental fee for the Plaza shall be $50.00 per day. An additional one-time per use, refundable cleaning deposit of $50.00 shall be assessed at the time of rental and due prior to use of the facility. Following the use of the facility, all necessary cleaning or repair expenses shall be paid and the balance refunded.
