Sec. 40-197. Cleanup deposit nonprofit use.

   (a)   There shall be a refundable deposit for use of the amphitheater as follows:

 

Nonprofit use without alcoholic beverages	$25.00
Nonprofit use with TABC approval to sell, serve and deliver alcoholic beverages	$500.00

 

   (b)   The area of cleanup responsibility shall be as defined in 40-198(b), attachment no. 1.
