STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 40-161. Destruction of trees and shrubs.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, burn or destroy any living tree or shrub within the limits of the Moss Creek Lake property.
