Skiing by use of a self-contained unit such as a Jet Ski or Wave Runner is allowed on Moss Creek Lake. Nothing may be towed or otherwise pulled behind a self-contained skiing unit. Water skiing by means other than self-contained units is prohibited except as may be specifically allowed by written contract executed by the authority of the city council. A boat launch permit for each Jet Ski or boat having the means of propulsion by motor or wind must be paid, along with any other required permit.
