The piano, lighting, and sound system located in the municipal auditorium shall not be removed from the premises for use in any other facility or for any other activity. Storage of any property, including equipment, paper goods, stock of any sellable items, etc., not belonging to the city shall not be stored at the auditorium for a period longer than three days before an event or three days after an event.
