No concession will be granted for the sale of any articles of food or drink within the city auditorium except for such articles which, in the opinion of the facilities coordinator and/or city manager, will not result in any damage to the furniture or fixtures in the auditorium. Likewise, no concession will be granted which may, owing to the nature of the program, result in extreme littering of the premises. Where such concessions are granted, the concession operator must arrange for sufficient additional janitorial service to clean up the litter and refuse resulting from the sale and consumption of such articles.
