Sec. 40-31. Disposal of waste material.
   Drainage of wastewater and raw sewage directly in the ground is prohibited in the camping area. Disposal of wastewater and raw sewage from self-contained campers shall be allowed only at the designated sewage disposal locations. All camping areas shall be free and clean of all trash, litter and kept in an orderly manner at all times.
