STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 38-1. Firearms, discharge prohibited.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, pistol or firearm of any kind within the city limits. This section shall not apply to licensed shooting galleries or to police officers acting in the line of duty, nor shall this section apply to persons exercising the legal right of self-defense or defense of others.
