(a) In this event that this article conflicts with any other ordinance or law, the stricter law shall prevail.
(b) The city manager shall designate the official or officials authorized to enforce this section. In the absence of a designation by the city manager, the building official and his designees, and the fire marshal and his designees shall enforce this section.
(c) Violations of this article may be abated by the city.
(d) Appeals and hearings concerning the regulations of this article shall be through the Structural Standards Ordinance.
