Sec. 32-206. Suspension.
   The chief of police shall suspend a license for a period not to exceed 30 days if they determine that a licensee or any employee of a licensee has:
      (1)   Violated or is not in compliance with section 32-177, 32-179, 32-180, 32-181, 32-204 or 32-209;
      (2)   Engaged in excessive use of alcoholic beverages while on the sexually oriented business premises;
      (3)   Refused to allow an inspection of the sexually oriented business premises as authorized by this chapter;
      (4)   Knowingly permitted gambling by any person on the sexually oriented business premises; or
      (5)   Demonstrated an inability to operate or manage a sexually oriented business in a peaceful and law-abiding manner thus necessitating action by law enforcement officers. Evidence of this grounds for suspension shall consist of a pattern of arrest for disorderly conduct.
