The terms "authorization for gross receipts tax," "restrictions on bingo games," "application and issuance of license," "prohibited practices," "control and supervision," "suspension of licenses," "inspection of premises," "frequency and time of games," "examination of records," "disclosure of information," and all other sections of the Bingo Enabling Act of the state (Texas Occupations Code ch. 2001) shall be adopted as the regulatory authority for this division. A copy of the referenced Bingo Enabling Act shall be on file in the office of the city secretary.
