Sec. 32-1. Application.
   An application for a license or permit under this chapter shall be in writing and sworn to and shall contain a statement that the applicant has never been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude. The application shall also state the place, date, charge and disposition of any arrests. A conviction or pending charge of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or any misrepresentation in the application shall be grounds for denial or revocation of the license or permit.
