Appointment as a member of the special prison guard force ends immediately upon the termination of such member's employment in connection with BSCC. Additionally, each officer's appointment is subject to termination for good cause shown at a hearing to be held before the city manager. Such hearing shall be provided following three days' oral or written notice to the officer. The decision of the city manager shall be final.
