Sec. 28-161. Inspection of ambulances.
   Every emergency ambulance may be inspected as frequently as once a month without notification of time and date of inspection. The inspection is to include:
      (1)   Medical condition of the vehicle. Inspection will be done by a person appointed by the fire chief and such a person may be a qualified mechanic.
      (2)   There will be a maximum often days for deficiencies to be corrected.
      (3)   Driver and attendant qualifications and driving records will be subject to inspection. Copies of these records will also be given to the fire chief.
