The city adopts by reference the provisions of the current rules, or the rules as they may be amended in the future that are found in 25 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 229.370—229.374 and 25 Tex. Admin. Code ch. 228 regarding the regulation of food establishments in this jurisdiction, otherwise known as the state food establishment rules.
