STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 20-78. Permit transfer approval.
   All permits granted under this division shall be transferable upon approval of the chief building inspector, after a determination that all requirements of this division are met by the transferee.
