Sec. 20-44. Monitoring inspector.
   A well site inspector to be designated by the chief building inspector shall be responsible for the monitoring of drilling and production activities both at scheduled intervals and at any other times he may deem necessary to ensure the public safety and to ensure compliance with the terms of this article.
