Sec. 20-43. Disposal of saltwater.
   The permittee shall make adequate provision for the disposal of all saltwater or other impurities which he may bring to the surface. Disposal shall be made in a manner that will not contaminate the water supply, present or prospective, or injure surface vegetation.
