STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 20-22. Minimum distance of well-hole and tanks from streets.
   In each of a well-hole drilled under a permit issued under this article and from all storage tanks installed after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived to the nearest traveled public or private street right-of-way shall be a minimum of 150 feet.
