STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 20-21. Minimum distance of storage tank in conjunction with well from occupied structure.
   In each case, the distance from any storage tank, in conjunction with any well to any occupied structure, shall be a minimum of 300 feet.
