STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 20-20. Minimum distance of well-hole from occupied structure.
   In each case of drilling or redrilling, the distance from any well-hole to any occupied structure shall be a minimum of 300 feet, unless the permittee obtains written consent from the owners and tenants of said occupied structure and furnishes said written consent to the chief building inspector prior to issuance of said permit.
