Sec. 14-25. Records; duties of city secretary.
   The city secretary shall keep a permanent and well-bound record book in which shall be kept in alphabetical order, the names of all persons depositing funds for permanent care, the amount deposited, the names and location of lots and graves of each owner, and such other information as the city council may prescribe from time to time.
