(a) Permit renewal. Fees for permit renewal in the city are as follows:
0 — 60 days after expiration | No charge |
61 — 180 days after expiration | 50% of permit fee |
181+ days after expiration | New application and full permit fee |
(b) Re-inspection fee. Fees for re-inspections in the city are as follows:

Residential | $50.00 |
