No commercial animal establishment may accept any animal without first confirming that the animal has current rabies vaccination if required by law. If any animal owned or harbored by a commercial animal establishment is impounded for being at-large and/or other violations, the animal shall be subject to the requirements of article IX of this chapter prior to its release.
