For the purposes of controlling and eradicating rabies, Texas Health and Safety Code ch. 826 and ch. 169, title 25 Tex. Admin. Code, as may be amended or revised from time to time, are hereby adopted for use is the city. These provisions shall govern all matters covered therein within the city or other areas within the jurisdiction of the ACD, except as otherwise provided in this article.
