Sec. 6-56. Permitted operations under license.
   Any person obtaining a license to conduct or operate an exhibition, carnival or circus within the city limits shall have the right to show, obtain and operate only those shows, rides, booths, and other attractions which are under the direct charge and supervision of the owner or operator of the exhibition, carnival or circus, and it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate in connection with the exhibition, carnival or circus, any show, attraction, or concession of any kind or character independent of the ownership and management of said exhibition, carnival or circus. The license granted to said exhibition, carnival or circus shall cover and permit only those shows, attractions and concessions which are owned and operated by the person applying for the license.
