It is unlawful for any person, persons or corporation conducting any general merchandise business, grocery store, ice cream or confectionary establishment, bakery, restaurant, boardinghouse, hotel or butcher shop in the town to have or allow any dog or dogs to remain or loiter within the building where the business is being carried on, except for service animals.
