§ 91.22 ACCUMULATION OF TRASH.
   Any person, after the passage of this chapter, within the limits of the town who shall throw or deposit loose or waste paper, straw, hay, waste clothing, hats, boots, empty cans, boxes, fruit peelings or rinds or other rubbish in any of the streets or alleys or upon the sidewalks, or the same to accumulate upon the premises occupied by him or her, so as to be become dangerous to such or the adjoining premises, or dangerous to life or limb, or shall place any paper or rubbish in such a place and manner so as to be liable to be blown upon any of the streets or alleys or sidewalks, in either case, such person shall be deemed guilty of committing a nuisance.
