§ 91.19 SLAUGHTER OF ANIMALS.
   If any person shall slaughter or kill any cattle or sheep or swine within the town limits, or within one- half mile of the town, or occupy or use any building for any purpose aforesaid without written permission from the Town Council, every such person shall, on conviction, be fined therefor.
