§ 91.17 OFFENSIVE LIQUID DISCHARGES.
   Whoever shall cause or permit any nauseous, foul or putrid liquid, or a substance likely to become nauseous, foul, offensive or putrid, to flow or be discharged, placed or thrown from or out of any premises into or upon any adjacent premises or any public street or alley, road or highway shall be deemed guilty of committing a nuisance.
