§ 90.15 ALLOWING ESCAPE OF ANIMALS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to open gates or doors or to otherwise cause or permit dogs or other animals to escape confinement against the wishes of the owner.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to take or drive any animal out of any enclosure, stable or other building with the intent that such animal will be impounded.
