§ 90.13 UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE WITH AUTHORITIES.
   It is unlawful for any person to hinder, detain or interfere with the town authorities in the performance of any duty or power imposed on them by this chapter or to release or attempt to release any animal in the custody of the town authorities, except as herein provided.
