§ 90.09 VICIOUS ANIMALS; ENCLOSURE OR MUZZLEMENT REQUIRED.
   The owner shall confine within a building or secure enclosure every fierce, dangerous or vicious dog or other animal and shall not take such dog or other animal out of such building or enclosure unless it is securely muzzled. A chain shall not be considered an enclosure.
