(A) Manner of parking. All parking shall be parallel on all streets and U.S. Highway 87 within the town limits, with the exception of Johannes Avenue from U.S. Highway 87 East to the town limits, where parking shall be diagonally, and as provided by signs posted with the authority of the Town Council, granted from time to time, which parking shall be angle.
(B) Parking requirements.
(1) Angle parking. All vehicles which stand at an angle shall be at 45 degrees to the curb with the right front wheel within one foot of the curb.
(2) Parallel parking. All parallel parking shall be with the respective flow of traffic and the front and rear wheels within one foot of the curb.
