(A) Hydrant use. No one may open a fire hydrant except for town personnel and members of the Volunteer Fire Department.
(B) Hydrant meter. A meter for fire hydrant use is available upon request. There is a base rate for the installation of the meter, plus a fee for “per gallons used” as provided in the fee schedule appendix on file in the Town Office an in Ch. 32 of this code.
