§ 31.16 DISTRIBUTION OF TAXES INTO FUNDS.
   (A)   All taxes collected for general purposes shall be paid into the General Fund.
   (B)   All taxes collected for street purposes shall be paid into the Street Fund.
   (C)   All taxes collected for contingent purposes shall be paid into the Contingent Fund.
   (D)   All taxes collected for police purposes shall be paid into the Police Department Fund.
   (E)   All taxes collected for the purposes of fire shall be paid into the Fire Department Fund.
