§ 31.15 FUNDS CREATED.
   There is created for the various departments of the town the following funds:
   (A)   General Fund;
   (B)   Street Fund;
   (C)   Contingent Fund;
   (D)   Police Department Fund; and
   (E)   Fire Department Fund.
