§ 30.17 ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Assistant Chief of the Fire Department shall aid the Chief in the work of the Department, and in his or her absence, the Assistant Fire Chief shall perform his or her duties and have his or her powers.
