The boundaries of the town are, and the same are described, as follows: Beginning at a point 150 feet due north of the center of Section 18, Tp. 28 N., Rge. 13 E.M.M.; thence due south to intersect with Montana Avenue in the Lehfeldt’s addition to the town; thence south; thence southwest; thence west to intersect with the township line between Ranges 12 E. and 13 E.M.M., having followed the outside boundary of the Lehfeldt’s addition, aforementioned, since the intersection with Montana Avenue, aforementioned; thence due north along said township line to a point where the south line of Section 18, Tp. 28 N., Rge. 13 E.M.M. joins with the south line of Section 13, Tp. 28 N., Rge. 12 E.M.M., thence due west along the south line of said Section 13, Tp. 28 N., Rge. 12 E.M.M. a distance of 1,380.82 feet; thence north, forming an angle of 90 degrees and .08 minutes, for a distance of 2,803.45 feet; thence in an easterly direction to the point of beginning.
