It is unlawful for any person to willfully disturb the peace or quiet of any private or public place in the town by loud or unusual noises, vocal or instrumental, or to make false alarms by crying “fire,” or to threaten, quarrel, scold or shout loudly, or to provoke or commit an assault of any person, or to utter obscene, vulgar and indecent language.
