§ 111.02 LICENSE TO SELL BEER REQUIRED; FEE.
   Any person, firm or corporation licensed by the State Liquor Control Board to retail beer by the drink in the town shall first purchase a license to sell retail beer in this town, and the license fee therefor shall be the sum of $50 per year or fraction thereof.
