For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ESTABLISHMENTS. As herein contemplated, those licensed to sell beer and/or liquor at retail by the State Liquor Control Board.
LIQUORS. As herein defined, includes beer as defined under the State Beer Act and acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and is further deemed to include liquors as defined by Chapter 84 of the Laws of the twenty-fifth Legislative Session of 1937, known as the Retail Dealers Liquor Act, acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto. This chapter excludes state liquor stores from its operation.
