(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.03 of this code shall, upon conviction before a court of competent jurisdiction, be guilty of an offense and shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of this code in § 10.99 of this code and to applicable state law, as may be appropriate.
