(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 92.01 or 92.02 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in the sum of not less than $10 nor more than $50, and upon failure to pay the fine, shall serve the same out in the County Jail at the rate of $2 per day.
