§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Persons disposing of garbage, rubbish or junk, including §§ 93.01 through 93.04, at any place within the city limits or within 3,500 feet outside the city limits will be guilty of committing a misdemeanor and will be subject to a fine not to exceed $200 for each and every offense.

   (C)   Any person found guilty of maintaining a nuisance, as defined in § 93.15, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and be subject to a fine for each offense in an amount not less than $50, nor more than $200, and the Municipal Court shall order removal and abatement of the nuisance.
