§ 51.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Big Sandy.
   CITY COUNCIL. The City Council of the City of Big Sandy, Texas.
   ORDINANCE. This chapter concerning sanitary control easement for water wells.
   PERSON. Anyone using land.
   WELLS. Wells being operated by the city.
