§ 51.01 PURPOSE.
   (A)   This chapter sets rules for the owners, users and the like of the land within 150 feet of any well used by the city, concerning the construction of any facility or use of the land that might cause a pollution hazard.
   (B)   This chapter would enable the city to comply with all applicable state and local regulations.
