§ 31.30 CREATION OF ZONING COMMISSION.
   In order to avail itself of the powers conferred by the Civil Statutes of the state to appoint a commission to recommend the boundaries of zoning districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein, the Council hereby and herewith establishes, constitutes and creates a commission to be named, known and designated as the Zoning Commission.
